Amazing ranch!! We got to feed and brush the cows!! They were such amazing animals and definitely lived up to all the magic I had envisioned!! The cows are gentle and sweet and LOVE eating cookies right from your hands!! We also got a tour of their property which was nestled across GORGEOUS acres of Colorado hills and pastures. They also shared with us their peacocks, turkeys, chickens and gardens! I cannot say enough about how kind and wonderful (they) were to us!! A unique enriching experience. - - I was awestruck by the scenic location of your ranch. As one that was raised on a Montana farm and ranch and since traveled a large part of the world, American Highland Ranch demonstrates and validates the difference that people who truly care about the ecological management of the land and the Humane and respectful treatment of their livestock can make to our planet. Upon arrival we were greeted by Tom and Tom, the comical, friendly and vocal turkeys. Next, Chris took us around the stunning grounds to visit the most cuddly sweet cows you have ever experienced. We fed them “cookies” and enjoyed their exceptional personalities. You will also see gorgeous peacocks and land that will take your breath away. Mary Ann I.
